In accordance with the new visual strategy of the brand BAKER HOUSE in 2015. LLC "Ramenskiy konditerskiy kombinat" was held restyling of the packaging of products "Catalana pies "Baker House". New product packaging " Catalana pies "Baker House"  was presented to the FAS of Russia, Moscow region and was studied by experts of the FGBU "Institute of industrial property" for compliance with current legislation and the possible introduction of consumer confusion. In turn FGBU "Institute of industrial property" found no similarities of the products packages of LLC "Ramenskiy konditerskiy kombinat"  and LLC "Feretti Rus", and the FAS of Russia, Moscow region recognized LLC "Ramenskiy konditerskiy kombinat"  fulfilled the order in case No. 05-15/82-14. Thus the FAS of Russia in Moscow region has no claim to  LLC "Ramenskiy konditerskiy kombinat" and  products "Catalana pies "Baker House"  produced and sold by LLC "Ramenskiy konditerskiy kombinat"  in accordance with current legislation.
