December 11, 2014 The Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia in the Moscow region has issued a decision in the case of violation of Ramenskiy Konditerskiy Kombinat paragraph 2 of part 1 of article 14 of the Law on protection of competition. February 17, 2015 The arbitration court of Moscow decided to produce a statement of Ramenskiy Konditerskiy Kombinat contesting the above acts, of The Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia in the Moscow region (the case number A40-23182/15-149-178).
Thus, by virtue of the provisions of article 52 of the Law on Protection of Competition, the execution of the order the Antimonopoly authority suspended until the date of the decision of the court of arbitration in force since the adoption of the statement on appeal provisions to the arbitration court from February 17, 2015.
